Regular Season Round 45: Hyogo S. - Hokkaido L. 71-68

A very close game took place in Hyogo between Hyogo S. and Hokkaido L.. Fourth ranked Hyogo S. (17-31) got a very close home victory over 6th ranked Hokkaido L. (19-32). Hyogo S. managed to escape with a 3-point win 71-68 on Sunday evening. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Hokkaido L.. American forward Jerome Tillman (201-87, college: Ohio, agency: Inception Sports) came up with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 12 rebounds and the former international center Fumihiko Aono (210-78) added 11 points and 6 rebounds respectively for Hokkaido L. in the defeat. Hyogo S. maintains fourth place with 17-31 record. Loser Hokkaido L. keeps the sixth position with 32 games lost. Hyogo S. will meet higher ranked Toshiba Thunders (#3) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Hokkaido L. will have a break next round.
