Finals Game 1: Nafta-Uni. - Ezerunas-Karys 88-71

Nafta-Uni-Akvaservis celebrated the NKL title. They rallied past Ezerunas-Karys for the trophy. The game was mostly controlled by Nafta-Uni.. Ezerunas-Karys was better in third quarter 27-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Nafta-Uni. had a 24-13 advantage in offensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Julius Kazakauskas (197-90) who helped to win the game recording 18 points and 9 rebounds. Point guard Mindaugas Stasys (180-86) contributed with 24 points for the winners. Swingman Gintautas Matulis (195-86) answered with 21 points and 4 assists and forward Raimundas Ambrulaitis (200-82) added 13 points and 9 rebounds (perfect from the field making all six shots) in the effort for Ezerunas-Karys. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
