The game between Top Four teams took place in Jerusalem. Second ranked host Hapoel Jerusalem (21-7) defeated one of their biggest challengers Maccabi Rishon (15-13) 104-89. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Maccabi Rishon. Hapoel Jerusalem dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Maccabi Rishon's 30. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Hapoel Jerusalem have an impressive five-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 21-7 record having just one point less than leader Maccabi T-A. Maccabi Rishon at the other side keeps the third place with 13 games lost. They share the position with Hapoel Holon. Hapoel Jerusalem are looking forward to face Ironi Nes-Ziona (#6) in Nes Ziyona in the next round. Maccabi Rishon will play at home against Hapoel Holon and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
