Seventeenth-ranked La Bruixa d'Or (8-22) made lots of trouble for fifth ranked Valencia Basket (18-12). Valencia Basket managed to secure only three-point victory 84-81. However their fans expected much easier game. The hosts started the game with a very strong first quarter 26-16. But La Bruixa d'Or won third quarter 20-18. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Valencia Basket made 19-of-22 charity shots (86.4 percent) during the game. Valencia Basket outrebounded La Bruixa d'Or 41-27 including 28 on the defensive glass.
