There was no surprise when 12th ranked Tokyo Cinq R. (5-45) was outplayed on the road by tenth ranked Yokohama BC (17-34) 82-56 on Saturday. The game without a history. Yokohama BC led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Tokyo Cinq R. to just 6 points in fourth quarter. Swingman Masayuki Kabaya (183-82) scored 19 points and 5 assists to lead the charge for the winners and British power forward Dzaflo Larkai (203-81, college: Bellarmine) chipped in 16 points and 11 rebounds during the contest.
