There was a surprise result when tenth ranked Alba Chorzow (4-14) beat at home higher ranked Nowa Sol (7-11) 93-80 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by Alba Chorzow. Nowa Sol was better in second period 22-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Nowa Sol was plagued by 28 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a very good performance for power forward Marcin Weselak (204-79) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 23 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Guard Lukasz Wojcik (189-84) contributed with 22 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. point guard Jakub Der (191-96) replied with 19 points and point guard Kacper Traczyk (183-98) added 17 points in the effort for Nowa Sol. Alba Chorzow maintains tenth position in Group F with 4-14 record. Loser Nowa Sol keeps the sixth place with 11 games lost.
