There was a minor upset when 7th ranked Lourdes-Tarbes (19-14) was crushed on the road by ninth ranked Rueil (18-14) 103-78. The game without a history. Rueil led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 27-of-31 charity shots (87.1 percent) during the game, while Lourdes-Tarbes only scored eleven points from the stripe. They outrebounded Lourdes-Tarbes 42-27 including a 34-20 advantage in defensive rebounds.
