Everything went according to plan when first ranked Kyoto Hannar. (44-8) outleveled at home 5th ranked Osaka Evessa (28-24) 83-64 on Sunday. The game was mostly controlled by Kyoto Hannar.. Osaka Evessa was better in fourth quarter 17-12. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Osaka Evessa to just 7 points in first quarter. They outrebounded Osaka Evessa 44-23 including a 28-17 advantage in defensive rebounds.
