An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Rishon Le-Zion. Third ranked Maccabi Rishon faced 4th placed Hapoel Holon. Host Maccabi Rishon (17-13) defeated guests from Holon (15-14) 94-90. Hapoel Holon was tied at the half but could not keep up in last two quarters eventually losing the game. Maccabi Rishon made 16-of-19 charity shots (84.2 percent) during the game. Four Hapoel Holon players scored in double figures. Maccabi Rishon maintains third place with 17-13 record having four points less than leader Maccabi T-A. Hapoel Holon at the other side keeps the fourth position with 14 games lost. Maccabi Rishon will play against Hapoel Tel-Aviv (#7) on the road in the next round. Hapoel Holon will play against Ironi Nes-Ziona and hopes to get back on the winning track.
