The game in Sinj supposed to be also worth to mention about. Fifth ranked KK Zadar (5-4) played at the court of 8th ranked Alkar Sinj (1-8). KK Zadar did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 81-61. The game was mostly controlled by KK Zadar. Alkar Sinj was better in second period 20-13. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. It was a good game for point guard Lovre Basic (190-95, agency: Beo Basket) who led his team to a victory with 18 points and 9 assists. Center Ive Ivanov (200-85) contributed with 17 points for the winners. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. KK Zadar maintains fifth place in Places 1-8 with 5-4 record. Alkar Sinj at the other side keeps the eighth position with eight games lost. KK Zadar's next round opponent will be league's second-placed Cedevita in Zagreb and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Alkar Sinj will play on the road against KK Zagreb (#3) and hope to win that game.
