Rather expected game when 5th ranked Kumamoto V. (6-46) was defeated at home by third ranked Dragonflies (20-33) 72-67 on Saturday. The guests trailed by 2 points at the halftime before their 44-37 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Dragonflies made 7 blocks. Kumamoto V. was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. The best player for the winners was American power forward Clint Chapman (208-89, college: Texas, agency: APAA Sports Group) who had a double-double by scoring 21 points, 11 rebounds and 4 blocks.
