Regular Season Round 34: La Rochelle - Mulhouse 81-91

There was no surprise when 11th ranked La Rochelle (18-16) was defeated at home by eighth ranked Mulhouse Basket (21-13) 91-81. The guests were tied after three quarters but managed to speed up in last quarter eventually winning the game. Mulhouse Basket made 17-of-20 charity shots (85.0 percent) during the game. American-Jamaican Ronald Yates (200-83, college: St.Peter's) notched 19 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the effort and guard Mathieu Bigote (190-84) supported him with 20 points and 5 assists. Even 16 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists by guard Faycal Sahraoui (186-79) did not help to save the game for La Rochelle. Forward Jeffrey Dalmat (191-91) added 13 points for lost side. Four La Rochelle players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Mulhouse Basket have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to sixth place. La Rochelle at the other side keeps the eleventh position with 16 games lost.
