Bottom-ranked SO Maritime Boulogne managed to get the second consecutive victory on Saturday night. This time newly promoted SO Maritime Boulogne outleveled fifteenth-ranked Cholet Basket in Boulogne-sur-Mer 103-79. It's especially surprising that the victory came too easily and 24-point difference proves that SO Maritime Boulogne was well-prepared to that game. The game was mostly controlled by SO Maritime Boulogne. Cholet Basket managed to win third quarter 28-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Newly promoted SO Maritime Boulogne maintains eighteenth position with 7-25 record. Cholet Basket at the other side dropped to the fourteenth place with 20 games lost. They share the position with Rouen. SO Maritime Boulogne are looking forward to face higher ranked Limoges CSP Elite (#3) on the road in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game.
