Undefeated leader Bucaros delivered the fourth consecutive victory on Wednesday night. This time they crushed bottom-ranked UBC Muiscas (0-4) 92-62. The game without a history. Bucaros led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Bucaros forced 21 UBC Muiscas turnovers and outrebounded them 36-25 including 24 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by UBC Muiscas' players. Worth to mention a quality performance of American forward Arnold Louis (201-90, college: Savannah St.) who helped to win the game recording 28 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and the other American import forward Jordan Demercy (201-88, college: Georgetown, KY, agency: Blacktop Management) who added 17 points and 10 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side naturalized American swingman Michael Dodd (196-86, college: Hunter) responded with 19 points and Neicer Lozano scored 14 points. Newly promoted Bucaros maintains first position with 4-0 record. UBC Muiscas at the other side, also newcomer in the league, still closes the standings with four games lost. They share the position with Patriotas T.. Bucaros will meet bottom-ranked Patriotas T. (#10) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. UBC Muiscas will play against Patriotas and hope to get finally their first victory.
