The game between Top Four teams took place in Villavicencio. Second ranked host Llaneros (12-2) defeated 3rd placed Patriotas (8-6) 86-75. The game was mostly controlled by Llaneros. Patriotas was better in second period 16-15. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Patriotas 39-25 including a 29-17 advantage in defensive rebounds.
