Regular Season Round 18: Henan - Anhui 85-93

An interesting game for Anhui (14-2) which played road game in Henan against 4th ranked Henan (11-5). Second ranked Anhui managed to get a 8-point victory 93-85. It looked good early as Henan took a 1-point small lead at the end of first quarter. But then Anhui had a 31-19 second period charge getting the lead and Henan was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 85-93. Anhui dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to Henan's 42. Power forward Kai Ren (207-92) had a double-double by scoring 20 points and 14 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and guard YongGang Zhang (198-88) chipped in 26 points during the contest. Four Anhui players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American forward Tiny Gallon (206-91, college: Oklahoma, agency: Three Eye Sports) with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 14 rebounds and guard YuXing Yang (195-95) scored 22 points. Henan's coach rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Anhui have an impressive six-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Shaanxi W. Henan at the other side keeps the fourth place with five games lost.
