An interesting game where CREF Hola (1-0) edged by two points Argon Uni Girona (0-1) 69-67 on Sunday night. Argon Uni Girona was very close to get their first win. But it seems they have to wait a little bit longer. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Argon Uni Girona won fourth quarter 18-12. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. CREF Hola forced 22 Argon Uni Girona turnovers. At the losing side Lithuanian power forward Lina Pikciute (192-90, agency: Josep and Nicolas) responded with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 12 rebounds and Greek forward Artemis Spanou (188-93, college: Robert Morris) scored 9 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. CREF Hola will meet at home Conquero in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Argon Uni Girona will play against Cadi La Seu in Seu D'urgell and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
