Everything went according to plan in Buenos Aires where Obras Basket (3-0) beat Lanus (0-4) 103-91 on Friday. The game was mostly controlled by Obras Basket. Lanus was better in third quarter 25-24. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 21-of-26 free shots (80.8 percent) during the game. It was a great shooting night for Obras Basket especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 66.7 percentage. Lanus was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a great evening for American forward Lorrenzo Wade (198-85, college: San Diego St.) who led his team to a victory scoring 21 points and 8 rebounds. His fellow American import forward Dennis Horner (206-88, college: N.Carolina St.) helped adding 18 points and 5 rebounds.
