Wisla Krakow was not able to use a home court advantage and was defeated by the opponent from Jaworzno 76-60 on Saturday night. MCKiS Jaworz. dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Wisla Krakow's 16. Point guard Wojciech Zub (185-95) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 13 points, 7 rebounds and 10 assists for the winners and guard Tomasz Bryzek (195-86) chipped in 16 points and 8 rebounds. Four MCKiS Jaworz. players scored in double figures. At the losing side guard Rafal Zglobicki (196-94) responded with 18 points and 5 rebounds and point guard Sebastian Dabek (188-96) scored 9 points and 6 assists. Wisla Krakow's coach Lukasz Kasperzec let to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. MCKiS Jaworz. will face Alba Chorzow at home in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Wisla Krakow will play against AZS PCz in Czestochowa and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
