BAM Poprad can celebrate their first win this season after three consecutive loses. They used home court advantage to defeat Cassovia K. (0-4) 83-47. The game without a history. BAM Poprad led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Cassovia K. to just 7 points in fourth quarter. BAM Poprad shot 21 for 30 from the free-throw line, while Cassovia K. only scored five points from the stripe. It was Cassovia K.'s fourth loss in a row. They still close the standings with four games lost. BAM Poprad will play against higher ranked Piestanske C. (#3) in Piestany in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Cassovia K. will play on the road against Slovan (#5) in Bratislava and hopes to get finally their first victory.
