Regular Season Round 1: Shmoolky W-wa - Polonia W-wa 77-63

Shmoolky W-wa used a home court advantage and won against the opponent from Warszawa 77-63 on Sunday night. Shmoolky W-wa outrebounded Polonia W-wa 48-29 including a 37-25 advantage in defensive rebounds. Swingman Mikolaj Motel (192-94) stepped up and scored 22 points for the winners and Tomasz Rudko (186-89) chipped in 10 points and 13 rebounds. At the losing side forward Artur Skowronski (196-99) responded with 20 points and forward Daniel Nieporedzki (192-94) scored 16 points. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Shmoolky W-wa will face Gimbasket PRZM in Przemysl in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Polonia W-wa will play at home against Ksiezak Lowicz and hope to win that game.
