Regular Season Round 2: Krosno - Nysa Klodzko 93-43

There was no surprise when Nysa Klodzko (0-2) was crushed on the road by Krosno (2-0) 93-43 on Sunday. Krosno dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Nysa Klodzko's 28. Krosno forced 23 Nysa Klodzko turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. The best player for the winners was point guard Michal Baran (187-80) who had a double-double by scoring 12 points and 10 assists. Center Jakub Dluski (200-87) chipped in 15 points and 5 rebounds. Guard Michal Weiss (188-82) produced 11 points and center Jaroslaw Bartkowiak (201-85) added 8 points respectively for the guests. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Krosno will face Biofarm PZN in Poznan in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Nysa Klodzko will play at home against Znicz Basket and hope to win that game.
