There was no surprise when Alvik Basket (0-2) was defeated on the road by Telge (2-0) 59-53 on Sunday. However just six-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. The hosts trailed by 6 points at the halftime before their 29-17 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Telge dominated on the defensive end, holding Alvik Basket to just 4 points in third quarter. They also forced 19 Alvik Basket turnovers. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Telge made 7 blocks.
