Segle XXI was not able to use a home court advantage and was defeated by the opponent from Alcantarilla 44-40 on Saturday night. The guests were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. UCAM Jairis dominated on the defensive end, holding Segle XXI to just 7 points in third quarter. They also forced 19 Segle XXI turnovers. The best player for the winners was power forward Isabel Perez (188-90) who scored 20 points and 6 rebounds. Forward Sabina Burguera (184-88) chipped in 8 points. point guard Aina Ayuso (181-99) produced 10 points and 8 rebounds and center Laia Sole (184-98) added 12 points and 7 rebounds respectively for the hosts.
