Four Sallen players scored in double figures. At the losing side American forward Samarie Walker (185-92, college: Kentucky, agency: Two Points) responded with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 14 rebounds and Elin Sjoberg (175-97) scored 6 points and 4 steals. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Sallen moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Norrkoping and Alvik Basket. Visby Ladies lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the eighth position with three games lost. Sallen will face Norrkoping Dolphins (#5) on the road in the next round. Visby Ladies will play against Fryshuset and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
