Date: October 10, 2015
Very predictable result when Chalon/Saor (2-1) won against at home STB Le Havre (0-3) 87-72 on Saturday. The hosts trailed by 4 points at the halftime before their 49-30 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. It was a good game for American swingman Jeremy Hazell (191-86, college: Seton Hall) who led his team to a victory with 22 points and 5 steals. His fellow American import point guard John Roberson (180-88, college: Texas Tech) contributed with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 10 assists for the winners. Chalon/Saor's coach Jean-Denys Choulet used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Puerto Rican swingman Angel Daniel Vassallo (198-86, college: Virginia Tech) answered with a double-double by scoring 16 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists and American forward Lawrence Hill (203-87, college: Stanford) added 16 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for STB Le Havre.
