Regular Season Round 2: Trefl II Sopot - Kotwica 63-77

Trefl II Sopot was not able to use a home court advantage and lost to the opponent from Kolobrzeg 77-63 on Sunday night. The best player for the winners was forward Pawel Pawlowski (196-82) who scored 20 points and 9 rebounds. Grzegorz Arabas (191-78, agency: Promotex) chipped in 22 points and 4 assists. Rafal Stefanik (197-94, agency: Promotex) produced 13 points and 5 rebounds and power forward Jakub Czyz (205-95) added 9 points and 7 rebounds respectively for the hosts. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Kotwica will face Asseco II in Gdynia in the next round and it may be the game of the week. Trefl II Sopot will play on the road against TKM Wloclawek (#11) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
