The hosts trailed by 1 point at the halftime before their 28-19 charge in the third quarter, which allowed them to win the game. American power forward Brandon Crawford (201-84, college: Albion) fired a double-double by scoring 16 points and 14 rebounds for the winners. International swingman Julius Holt (187-85) chipped in 15 points and 7 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field). Five Tinguiririca S.F. players scored in double figures. American guard Louis Munks (190-90, college: Prairie View A&M) produced 25 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and forward Franco Garrido (181-86) added 13 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists respectively for lost side. Puente Alto's coach Mauricio Flores rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
