Regular Season Round 3: Sundsvall - Jamtland 81-91

Very important is a home loss of Sundsvall Dragons (2-2) against KFUM Jamtland (1-3) on Thursday night. Host Sundsvall Dragons were defeated by KFUM Jamtland in Sundsvall 91-81. The guests trailed by 1 point at the halftime before their 46-35 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Strangely Sundsvall Dragons outrebounded KFUM Jamtland 40-20 including a 23-12 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a great evening for American point guard Corin Henry (180-88, college: Tarleton St., agency: Octagon Europe) who led his team to a victory scoring 36 points (!!!). Croatian forward Dino Cinac (201-88) helped adding 18 points and 8 rebounds. The best for the losing side was Icelandic power forward Hlynur Baeringsson (200-82) with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 14 rebounds and Latvian forward Ernests Kalve (200-87, agency: HMS) scored 21 points. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. KFUM Jamtland will meet Boras Basket on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Sundsvall Dragons will have a break next round.
