There was no surprise when bottom-ranked Tokyo Cinq R. (0-5) was crushed on the road by eighth ranked Yokohama BC (3-3) 85-65 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by Yokohama BC. Tokyo Cinq R. was better in second period 19-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Yokohama BC dominated down low during the game scoring 46 of its points in the paint compared to Tokyo Cinq R.'s 26. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Yokohama BC made 8 blocks.
