Regular Season Round 4: Toulouse - Hainaut 61-59

Toulouse's fans can celebrate the first win of their team after three consecutive loses. The victory is especially important as they edged much higher ranked Hainaut (2-2) 61-59. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Hainaut won third quarter 13-8. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international forward Sabrina Reghaissia (188-83, agency: Comsport) who helped to win the game recording 21 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists and international point guard Olivia Epoupa (165-94, agency: Comsport) who added 12 points, 12 rebounds and 7 assists during the contest. Four Toulouse players scored in double figures. At the losing side DR Congolese power forward Pauline Akonga Nsimbo (188-82, agency: LBM Management) responded with 30 points and 8 rebounds and point guard Joyce Cousseins-Smith (165-88) scored 6 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Toulouse (1-3) left bottom position moving up to tenth place, which they share with Lyon and Angers. Hainaut at the other side dropped to the seventh position with two games lost. They share it with Charleville-Mez. and Nantes. Toulouse will play against league's second-placed Villeneuve D'Ascq on the road in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Hainaut will play against Charleville-Mez. (#7) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
