Regular Season Round 3: Rosa III Radom - Shmoolky W-wa 90-85

Rosa III Radom used a home court advantage and defeated the opponent from Warszawa 90-85 on Sunday night. Rosa III Radom forced 25 Shmoolky W-wa turnovers. Shmoolky W-wa was plagued by 27 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a good game for Mateusz Zweglinski (194-94) who led his team to a victory with 19 points and 6 rebounds. Maciej Parszewski (195-94) contributed with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 12 rebounds for the winners. Center Mariusz Przygucki (197-91) answered with 25 points and 8 rebounds and point guard Wiktor Nalecz (181-94) added 12 points and 5 assists in the effort for Shmoolky W-wa. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Rosa III Radom will face Gimbasket PRZM in Przemysl in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Shmoolky W-wa will play at home against LKS Lodz (#3) and hope to win that game.
