Regular Season Round 5: Piacenza - Torino 96-60

Very expected game when 13th ranked Torino (1-4) was crushed on the road by leader Piacenza (4-0) 96-60 on Saturday. Piacenza outrebounded Torino 37-20 including a 30-12 advantage in defensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Torino's players. Guard Giovanni Gasparin (187-91, agency: Interperformances) stepped up and scored 22 points and 6 rebounds for the winners and swingman Mattia Magrini (190-93) chipped in 17 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists.
