Regular Season Round 4: Domino Inowr. - SMS PZKosz 81-83

Everything could happen in Inowroclaw at the game between two tied teams. Both ninth ranked SMS PZKosz and 8th ranked Domino Inowr. had identical 1-2 record. But Domino Inowr. was not able to use a home court advantage and was edged by the opponent from Wladyslawowo 83-81 on Saturday night. Domino Inowr. was plagued by 28 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Michal Kierlewicz (192-97) who helped to win the game recording 26 points and Rafal Komenda (200-98) who added 16 points and 5 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side swingman Przemyslaw Milak (191-93) responded with 16 points and point guard Michal Warchowski (187-94) scored 6 points, 6 rebounds and 10 assists. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. SMS PZKosz (2-2) moved-up to fifth place in Group A, which they share with 3 other teams. Domino Inowr. lost third consecutive game. Newly promoted team dropped to the ninth position with three games lost. SMS PZKosz will face Itago Gdynia (#8) at home in the next round. Domino Inowr. will play against AZS PGd in Gdansk and hope to win that game.
