Regular Season Round 3: Apollon Patras - Kolossos 58-74

The game between closely ranked teams ended with Kolossos' (2-1) road victory over Apollon Patras (0-3) 74-58 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by Kolossos. Apollon Patras was better in third quarter 19-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. It was a great evening for Giannoulis Larentzakis (195-93, agency: Octagon Europe) who led his team to a victory scoring 20 points and 6 rebounds. Apollon Patras' coach Thanasis Papahatzis rotated ten players seeing no chance for a win. Kolossos will face Panathinaikos in Athens in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Apollon Patras will play on the road against Kavala (#9) and looks forward to get finally their first victory.
