Important game to mention about took place in Bekkestua. Third ranked Baerum Basket (4-2) saved a 2-point victory at home edging 5th ranked Asker Aliens (2-2) 81-79 on Sunday evening. Asker Aliens were ahead by 4 points after three quarters before a 25-19 charge of Baerum Basket, which allowed them to win the game. They made 16-of-19 charity shots (84.2 percent) during the game. Strangely Asker Aliens outrebounded Baerum Basket 111-98 including 43 on the offensive glass. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 37 assists. DR Congolese power forward Djo Yele (203-82) came up with a double-double by scoring 26 points and 10 rebounds and Latvian forward Alvis Eglitis (195-85) added 15 points, 17 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for Asker Aliens in the defeat. Baerum Basket have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain third place with 4-2 record having just -2 point less than leader Tromso. Defending champion Asker Aliens keep the fifth position with two games lost. They share it with Centrum and Froya Basket. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
