Regular Season Round 5: Mola - San Severo 67-88

Date: October 25, 2015
Not a big story in a game when 15th ranked Mola (1-4) was rolled over at home by eighth ranked San Severo (3-2) 88-67 on Sunday. San Severo outrebounded Mola 41-30 including a 15-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. Power forward Andrea Quarisa (202-92) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 14 rebounds for the winners and point guard Antonello Ricci (190-92) chipped in 20 points and 5 rebounds. Four San Severo players scored in double figures. Francesco Didonna (190-94) responded with 21 points and 5 assists and Nicola Bastone (195-92) scored 20 points and 8 rebounds. San Severo moved-up to fifth place in B, which they share with 3 other teams. Loser Mola dropped to the fourteenth position with four games lost. San Severo will face higher ranked Campli (#3) at home in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Mola will play against Ortona (#6) and hope to win that game.
