Regular Season Round 3: Andorra - Manresa 74-77

A very close game took place in Andorra between La Bruixa d'Or and Andorra. La Bruixa d'Or (2-1) got a very close victory on the road over Andorra (1-2). La Bruixa d'Or managed to escape with a 3-point win 77-74 on Sunday evening. The guests trailed by 2 points after three quarters before their 21-16 charge, which allowed them to win the game. It was an exceptional evening for Serbian center Dejan Musli (213-91) who led the winners and scored 19 points and 8 rebounds (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field). Lithuanian forward Marius Grigonis (198-94) accounted for 14 points for the winning side. American forward Shawn Jones (203-92, college: Middle Tenn.St.) came up with 23 points and 6 rebounds (on 10-of-11 shooting from the field) and FYR Macedonian guard Vojdan Stojanovski (194-87, agency: Beo Basket) added 15 points respectively for Andorra in the defeat. Both coaches allowed to play bench players in such tough game. La Bruixa d'Or will meet at home FIATC Joventut (#6) in the next round. Andorra will play against Baloncesto Fuenlabrada (#13) in Madrid and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
