The most interesting game of round 6 was a home defeat of 3rd ranked Toyota B SR (4-2) by second ranked Chanson V-M (5-1) who outscored them by 44 points 98-54. It was a key game for the top position in the league. The game without a history. Chanson V-M led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Toyota B SR's 26 and made 16-of-20 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. They outrebounded Toyota B SR 48-26 including a 35-15 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a great shooting night for Chanson V-M especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 66.7 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The best for the losing side was power forward Sari Osabe (174-87) with 10 points and 8 rebounds and center Eri Hatanaka (178-91) scored 13 points and 6 rebounds. Toyota B SR's coach Fumikazu Nakagawa gave up on the game allowing to play eleven players seeing no chance for a win. Chanson V-M have an impressive five-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Fujitsu RW. Toyota B SR at the other side dropped to the fourth place with two games lost. They share the position with Toyota A. and Denso Iris. Chanson V-M will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Toyota B SR will play on the road against the league's leader Fujitsu RW (#1) in Kawasaki and is hoping to prove to their fans that this time they can win.
