Round 5 in 2Liga means a new league leader. The biggest surprise took place in Kolobrzeg where host Kotwica (4-1) beat league's leader AZS UMK Torun (4-1) 69-52 on Saturday evening. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of AZS UMK Torun. It was a key game for the top position in Group A. Kotwica forced 21 AZS UMK Torun turnovers.
