WJBL top team - Fujitsu RW (7-1) had no problems winning another game on Sunday. This time they crushed sixth ranked Toyota B SR (4-4) in Aichi 85-49. The game was mostly controlled by Fujitsu RW. Toyota B SR managed to win fourth quarter 20-19. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Toyota B SR to just 6 points in first quarter. Fujitsu RW made 27-of-32 free shots (84.4 percent) during the game, while Toyota B SR only scored seven points from the stripe. They outrebounded Toyota B SR 51-33 including a 32-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. 26 personal fouls committed by Toyota B SR helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. International swingman Chinatsu Yamamoto (175-91) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 11 rebounds.
