The game in Gomel supposed to be also worth to mention about. Leader Olimpia GrGAU (5-0) played at the court of 7th ranked Sozh-GGU (1-4). Olimpia GrGAU smashed Sozh-GGU 76-46. The game without a history. Olimpia GrGAU led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 40 of its points in the paint compared to Sozh-GGU's 18. Olimpia GrGAU forced 22 Sozh-GGU turnovers. The former international Tatsiana Dashkevich (178-89) orchestrated the victory by scoring 15 points and 6 rebounds. Viyaleta Kiuliak (188-96) contributed with 6 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Olimpia GrGAU will play against league's leader Gorizont in Minsk in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week.
