Regular Season Round 10: Fyllingen BBK - Nidaros Jets 91-94

A very close game took place in Fyllingen between Nidaros Jets and Fyllingen BBK. Seventh ranked Nidaros Jets (3-5) got a very close victory on the road over 10th ranked Fyllingen BBK (1-4). Nidaros Jets managed to escape with a 3-point win 94-91 on Saturday evening. The guests were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. Point guard Simon Midtvedt (180-96) fired 28 points and 5 assists for the winners. American swingman Decorey Jones (201-90, college: Faulkner) chipped in 27 points and 8 rebounds. Croatian center Igor Sedlar (213-84) produced a double-double by scoring 18 points, 13 rebounds and 9 assists and guard Brede Ellingsen (188-88) added 23 points and 6 rebounds respectively for lost side. Four Fyllingen BBK players scored in double figures. Nidaros Jets maintains seventh position with 3-5 record. Newly promoted Fyllingen BBK keeps the tenth place with four games lost. Nidaros Jets will meet at home bottom-ranked Eidsvoll (#11) in the next round. Fyllingen BBK will play against Froya Basket and hope to win that game.
