Everything went according to plan when first ranked Kotwica (5-1) outplayed 10th ranked Domino Inowr. (1-5) in Inowroclaw 98-63 on Saturday. Kotwica forced 25 Domino Inowr. turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. It was a good game for Grzegorz Arabas (191-78, agency: Promotex) who led his team to a victory with 24 points. Lukasz Wichniarz (198-82) contributed with 17 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Five Kotwica players scored in double figures. Kotwica's coach Pawel Blechacz felt very confident that he used entire bench saving starting five for next games. Forward Marcin Majer (199-88) replied with 18 points and 9 rebounds and forward Adam Glowicki (194-87) added 11 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Domino Inowr.Kotwica have an impressive five-game winning streak. They maintain first position in Group A with 5-1 record. Domino Inowr. lost fifth consecutive game. Newly promoted team dropped to the eleventh place with five games lost. Kotwica will face Itago Gdynia (#8) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Domino Inowr. will play against the league's second-placed Asseco II in Gdynia and hope to win that game.
