The game in Visby was also worth to mention about. Second ranked Udominate (8-1) played at the court of 5th ranked Visby Ladies (4-5). Udominate defeated Visby Ladies 82-70. After very bad start, Visby Ladies stormed back in the second period cutting the deficit to 3 points 41-38. But it was not enough and Udominate took back the control in second half. They dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Visby Ladies' 34. Udominate forced 31 Visby Ladies turnovers. The best player for the winners was international guard Frida Aili (180-88, agency: Josep and Nicolas) who scored 20 points and 6 rebounds. Italian guard Ilaria Zanoni (180-86) chipped in 14 points and 5 steals. At the other side the best for losing team was American forward Samarie Walker (185-92, college: Kentucky, agency: Two Points) who recorded a double-double by scoring 10 points and 13 rebounds and the other American import center Patricia Oaks (193-89, college: Colgate) added 12 points and 8 rebounds respectively. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. The victory was the eighth consecutive win for Udominate. They maintain second place with 8-1 record behind leader Lulea Basket. Visby Ladies at the other side dropped to the sixth position with five games lost. Udominate's next round opponent will be bottom-ranked Akropol (#10) in Spanga and are hoping to win another game. Visby Ladies will play on the road against Mark Basket (#5) in Kinna and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
