Undefeated leader JX-Eneos S. delivered the eighth consecutive win on Sunday night. This time they crushed 8th ranked Aishin Wings (3-7) 79-43 in Anjo. The game without a history. JX-Eneos S. led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Aishin Wings to just 5 points in second quarter. JX-Eneos S. dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Aishin Wings' 26 and made 17-of-17 free shots (100 percent !!!) during the game. JX-Eneos S. forced 20 Aishin Wings turnovers. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when JX-Eneos S. made 7 blocks. Point guard Aya Okamoto (161-91) fired 16 points for the winners. The former international forward Yuka Mamiya (185-90) chipped in 13 points and 5 rebounds. Guard Sato Shuhana (160-90) produced 11 points and the former international center Kyoko Hamaguchi (181-90) added 6 points and 5 rebounds respectively for lost side.
