The former international power forward David Brkic (210-82, agency: Interperformances) helped adding 13 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists. At the losing side guard Marco Santiangeli (193-91) responded with 20 points and naturalized Senegalese guard Ousmane Gueye (192-82) scored 12 points. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Bondi Ferrara moved-up to eighth place in A2. Bondi Ferrara will face higher ranked Trieste (#7) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Aurora Bsk Jesi will play against the league's second-placed Mantovana (#2) having rather not much hope for a victory.
