Very important is a road loss of third ranked Znicz Basket (7-3) against fourteenth ranked SKK Siedlce (4-6) on Saturday night. Visiting Znicz Basket was defeated by SKK Siedlce in a tough game in Siedlce 75-79. Point guard Michal Musijowski (185-89) notched 16 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists to lead the effort and Marcin Kowalewski (200-86, agency: Promotex) supported him with 17 points and 8 rebounds. Four SKK Siedlce players scored in double figures. Even 20 points and 7 rebounds by forward Filip Put (201-93) did not help to save the game for Znicz Basket. Swingman Damian Janiak (195-89) added 16 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists for lost side. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. SKK Siedlce moved-up to tenth place, which they share with Notec Inowr. Znicz Basket at the other side keeps the third position with three games lost. They share it with Legia W-wa. SKK Siedlce will play against Notec Inowr. (#10) in Inowroclaw in the next round. Znicz Basket will play at home against Spojnia (#9) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
