Regular Season Round 11: Oostende - Leuven 93-79

Leader Oostende delivered the seventh victory. This time they beat bottom-ranked Leuven Bears (0-6) 93-79. The game was mostly controlled by Oostende. Leuven Bears was better in fourth quarter 24-21. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Oostende dominated down low during the game scoring 42 of its points in the paint compared to Leuven Bears' 22. They outrebounded Leuven Bears 22-11. It was a great shooting night for Oostende especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 58.8 percentage. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 29 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Leuven Bears' players. Oostende will play against league's second-placed Spirou Charleroi on the road in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Leuven Bears will play against VOO Verviers-Pepinster (#6) and hope to get finally their first victory.
