No shocking result in a game when top-ranked Roma E-basket (8-0) smashed on the road 12th ranked Roma S.Azzurra (2-6) 91-51 on Saturday. Roma S.Azzurra was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. The best player for the winners was the former international swingman Alex Righetti (198-77, agency: Interperformances) who scored 21 points. Naturalized Argentinian forward Duilio Birindelli (200-84) chipped in 13 points and 6 rebounds. Mattia Da Campo (197-97) produced 15 points and 5 rebounds and Montenegrin forward Todor Radonjic (200-97) added 10 points and 6 rebounds respectively for the hosts. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Roma E-basket maintains first position in B with 8-0 record. Loser Roma S.Azzurra dropped to the thirteenth place with six games lost. Roma E-basket will face league's second-placed Napoli Basket at home in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week.
